We grow by constantly putting ourselves into focus, defining individual goals and adjusting our course accordingly. Our female event Envision is about how to find your own way. We invite you to take different perspectives on your professional and personal development opportunities.

For a structured apporach, we follow the four fundamental aspects of our unique "Thriving" concept:

· "Setting your direction": What are your personal and professional goals?

· "Charting your path": What actions are necessary to achieve your goals?

· "Assembling your crew": Who will accompany you on your way?

· "Navigating carefully": How do you not lose sight of your goals?

In a first step, we will introduce you to the four cornerstones of the "Thriving" concept in more detail. Various exercises will then give you the opportunity to apply what you have learned and to define your individual path. After the substantive part, a joint networking dinner awaits you in a relaxed atmosphere. Take the opportunity to ask questions, expand your network and get new ideas.

Envision takes place on Thursday May 04, 2023 from 4:45-9:00 pm in our Zurich Bain office.

The event is aimed at outstanding female university students from the 4th semester onwards as well as doctoral candidates and young professionals of all disciplines who are interested in joining Zurich.
